Ev utveckling av multidisciplinär vård för flera komplexa medicinska områden där TMJ (komplexa i sig = käkleden, temporala mandibulära leden och speciellt dess disk med omgivning) utgör ett “ NAV” för många dysfunktionella, även kroniska medicinska områden.
Kunskaps och praktik utvecklingen går snabbt internationellt men här skulle vår region i samverkan med Brahekliniken I Stockholm bli föregångare I Sverige, givet jag först kan undersöka om liknande processer är på G här. (OBS har ej diskuterat med specialist tandvården med än)
Samtidigt vore det bra om flera I Sverige är på G eftersom oerhört många (min uppfattning), speciellt kroniska, svårt lidande patienter skulle sannolikt ha stor nytta att delta när multidisciplinära systemet ovan ät utvecklat. Jag har förslag på hur detta skall implementeras samtidigt som man jobbar som vanligt med små tidsreservationer. Nytt fokus tillkommer men man kan använda mycket av de kompetenser man redan har. Dock måste koordinatorer som kan integrera WS utbildas för att kunna samordna och vidareutveckla den approach jag presenterar.

Vore bra om få flexibla sjukvårdspolitiker också kan få denna info eftersom steg 1 bör ske med få deltagare där ingen medicinskt utbildning behövs! Nästa steg är att 2 representanter för varje involverad disciplin informeras för synpunkter var för sig följd av möte där alla discipliner deltager.

Possible development of multidisciplinary care for several complex medical areas where TMJ (complex in itself = temporomandibular joint, temporal mandibular joint and especially its disc and surroundings) constitutes a ”hub” for many dysfunctional, even chronic medical areas.
At the same time, it would be good if more people in Sweden are on the move because an enormous number (in my opinion), especially chronic, severely suffering patients, would probably benefit greatly from participating when the multidisciplinary system above is developed. I have suggestions on how this should be implemented while working as usual with small time reservations. A new focus is added, but you can use a lot of the skills you already have. However, coordinators who can integrate WS must be trained to be able to coordinate and further develop the approach I present.
I will clarify in text and pictures what I mean, given that I can/have the energy due to my own severe symptoms
Would be great if few flexible health care politicians can also get this info because step 1 should take place with few participants where no medical education is needed! The next step is that 2 representatives of each discipline involved are informed for comments separately followed by a meeting where all disciplines participate.
